Not wishing to rain on someone's parade but if there were going to be any real benefits from APEC for the vast majority of the PNG people, rather than a small minority in power, why does it take so much expenditure in so narrow a field as expensive foreign cars to realize all these benefits?

Clearly the real benefits will again only accrue to those few who are already benefiting from the current regime. The benefits will obviously stop at the top and not filter down the food chain.

Just wait till we see who will buy the barely used Maseratis and for what price? and.. Have the Bentley's been ordered as was previously reported?

Clearly these vehicles will be suitable and therefore be constantly seen on all the highways and byways of PNG's extensive road network.
