Given the fact that PNG and Fiji has not refined its NZ and Australian standard products for export (PNG can only export raw but not finished products), how can any other Pacific Island country get a good deal on exports?

What PNG is asking is to have trade partners not entering into an agreement which will see Australian and NZ products flooding into the shelves in PNG.

Otherwise, how can it possibly resolve its deep-seated development problems?
