Did he really think that he could play them against each other, the Panguna Landowners and the Bougainville Government?

Always highly unlikely. If their oneness has got them to and through the crisis till today, I don't think they will be divided.

I support this feedback from the landowners and ABG.

Good one landowners! I wasn't expecting that at all. Seems like you've called the bastard's bluff.

And no doubt shove it.

PM O'Neill forgot that Bougainville see's the light of day before the rest of PNG. That's why he's been told to take his deal back to where the sun doesn't shine.
