The newsletter that reconnected the Class of 1962-63

In February 2002 a small group of ex-ASOPA cadets decided to try to reunite the ASOPA Class of 1962-63. Within a couple of weeks, on 10 February 2002 - exactly forty years after the Cadet Education Officers in this group had arrived at the School - Vintage began publication as a means of keeping them in touch.

The newsletter was published weekly for 26 weeks preceding the August 2002 reunion and, afterwards, was rebadged as The Mail, continuing to this day, itself the progenitor of ASOPA PEOPLE. As you can see here, Vintage started as a simple, single sheet publication but grew quickly into something a good deal more complex.
