Papua New Guineans wish to know what those standards are when those very goods, especially Oxen & Palm Corned Beef is getting into Australia, which apparently has stricter standards.

Furthermore, what competent agencies is Sayed-Khaiyum referring to and how many more decades can that be allowed to fester on?
