It was very clear, 90% of the SABL's investigated were granted under shabby circumstances. Revoking them was part of the recommendations.

The government and good developers need land - however obtaining under such flawed and disrespecful methods is certainly not a good approach for any meaningful agenda.

Papua New Guinea is not communist China.
