Can somebody provide a draft Bougainville mining law?

We need to see this so that we could provide an informed debate.

I think Tony Regan can only act on his client's instructions. He should not be blamed for the draft legislation because he get directions from his clients.

The only study that needs to be done on Bougainville is a study on why Australia thinks it has the legal right and power to transfer ownership of gold and silver and copper in Bougainville to CRA and BCL in breach of the UN Trusteeship Agreement before PNG gained independence. The proposed study by Regan and co is to validate the stealing of Bougainville wealth as they bury the real issue under the carpet and act as if the BCL agreement is a valid agreement at international law and those who are stealing are the landowners.

Tony Regan to me was clean in the days when rebels like the late Joseph Kabui were in charge of the ABG.

Today he is a new kid since everybody out there is wearing PNG shoes and not taking the Bougainville issue by heart.

Instead we play Bougainville politics in the confines of PNG laws and all those unrealistic imposed terms.

Somebody needs to be a Bougainvillean for the world to be in your shoes.

Above all, foreign consultants manipulate the Bougainville systems and there is a need for the ABG to do away with consultants.

If not we will be raped once again.
