Big congratulations to Grand Chief Sir Peter Ipatas for the most honourable title.

Apart from his never-ending support in rugby league in PNG and the most popular free education and quality education policy for Enga students and students attending schools in Enga, he has brought so many social and infrastructural services to the people of Enga.

The province was last in all development agendas and people used to tag itself as last province in PNG.

But since his victory in 1996, almost 20 years ago, Governor Ipatas has put Engan flag shinning high on the PNG map. And I hope PNG has seen it and continue to see this province moving forward.

He is indeed an innovative leader who has done so many new things that many other MPs learned from him. One typical example would be "free education policy"

He deserves the title of Grand Chief.
